Overall good experience - under renovation right now, so it is a bit of a mess and not the most glorified looking as you're pulling in and walking in - front desk/breakfast area is ripped up with renovating, and the stairways were getting fixed up(still accessible). Breakfast wasn't anything to write home about, but they had fair choices and it was full. The room/suite we had was really great, comfortable and clean.
Decent place, nothing special. Room was clean. Bed and pillows were decent. Breakfast was exactly what you expect. I would stay here again.
Room was small but nice. Bed was soft and comfortable. Deep hottub. Didn't care for the train that woke us each night or noise on the stairs but all in all a good stay. Most hotels we stay at could sure use a deep cleaning tho.
The rooms are clean and casual...nothing fancy. I really enjoyed the in-room whirlpool! Staff are courteous, friendly and helpful. Coffee and breakfast available from 6-9 am. The only thing I was disappointed with was the television...lacking channels, need an update to allow for streaming and/or casting.
After booking .com made error and refused to assist me. The manager fixed the whole thing and went way out of his way to assist . Super clean new room, very very comfortable pillows which I can rarely find in a hotel, great stay, great manager , I will stay here every time from. Now on
This place was good for the money. Breakfast was not as elaborate at the Quality Inn we stayed at the previous night 3 hours north but it was quaint and the front desk staff were very helpful. The room was also smaller than the other one we stayed at and there weren't as many towels as there were sleeping spaces. Front desk morning person was very accommodating and got me extra towels upon request so that wasn't an issue. Room was clean. Place was quiet. Overall good value and would recommend.
Called a whole lot of hotels motels and bear lodges, everything booked up! Placed is being remodeled and looks great! Got a perfect room and not far from my trailer to be picked up. Great attitudes. Yes, I highly recommend this hotel to stay. Thanks guys
The gentleman I spoke with over the phone this morning went out of his way to make sure our Trade Team staff was able to secure a room as quickly as possible. I truly appreciate the outstanding service and his willingness to go above and beyond to help us. His assistance made all the difference during a hectic time.
